Our quality control program is structured to ensure superior precision, with each piece we manufacture being rigorously inspected multiple times by our team. Our quality control unit consists of more than a dozen skilled professionals, with a manager certified in AWS, D1.1, and CWB 47.1 standards.
Additionally, all of our key equipment is CNC-controlled with an accuracy of ±1/32”, and we maintain fabrication tolerances of no more than 1/8”. As a result, our field error rate is significantly lower than the industry average.
